Each piece of jewellery is uniquely handcrafted by me, with many designs limited edition or one offs.
Trained in precious metal clay and silversmithing, I enjoy working intuitively using a variety of techniques including forging, soldering, firing and wire wrapping.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

At silvessence, all items are hand crafted and use mainly natural materials so it may not always be possible to offer a replacement or duplicate, but I will always do my best to help.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
For commission & personalised items, I need full payment before work begins and orders are non refundable under any circumstances unless faulty. If the order is cancelled before work has started or materials bought, no charge will be made and any payments made will be refunded in full. Delivery timeframes will either be stated in the item description, or jointly pre-agreed in writing (email or Folksy message).
